The Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development has now released the 1st Annual Budget Call Circular (BCC1) to Local Governments! These indicative allocations facilitate Local Government planning and consultation, and enable the preparation of Local Government Budget Framework papers.
In line with the Inter-governmental Fiscal Transfer Reform Program, appropriate allocations to Local Governments are determined by formulae generated by the Online Transfer Information Management System (OTIMS). You may explore the formulae and allocations here.
